超声对鉴别诊断肝胆急腹症的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声诊断技术在肝胆急腹症中的应用。方法:回顾性分析经病理学检查或随访证实的192例肝胆急腹症的临床资料就超声影像技术在急腹症中诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用进行总结。结果:192例肝胆急腹症中胆囊炎并胆囊结石98例,胆道蛔虫19例,单纯胆囊炎32例,胆道梗阻29例,肝癌14例。结论:超声诊断技术在肝胆急腹症的临床价值和鉴别诊断、手术指征的确定以及疗效的评估等方面具有重要临床价值。Objective：To evaluate the application of Ultrasonography in diagnosing acute abdomen caused by hepatobiliary diseases.Methods：The clinical data of 192 patients who were diagnosed by pathologic exam or follow-up visit was analyzed retrospectively.The application of Ultrasonography in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute abdomen was concluded.Results： Among 192 patients with acute abdomen induced by hepatobiliary diseases,there were 98 patients with choleclithiasis,19 patients with biliary ascariasis,32 patients with simple cholecystitis,29 patients with biliary obstruction and 14 patients with hepatoma.Conclusions： Ultrasonography has important clinical value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis,determining indications of surgery,and evaluating therapeutic effects of acute abdomen caused by hepatobiliary diseases.
