摘　　要：目的:研究分析深圳市社区医生心理卫生状况。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法对213名深圳社区医生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查。结果:被试中至少有一个SCL-90因子的得分大于或等于3分的社区医生占7.5%。社区医生的SCL-90各因子得分均低于全国常模;除敌对因子外,非在编社区医生的各因子得分与在编医生差异无统计学意义;不同职称社区医生的强迫、抑郁及偏执因子得分差异均有统计学意义,职称越高,各因子均分越高。结论:社区医生的心理健康水平相对较好,应适当加强对高级职称社区医生心理健康的关注。Objective：To investigate the mental health state of community physicians in Shenzhen.Methods：213 community physicians were collected by stratified sampling in Shenzhen and completed SCL-90.Results： 7.5 % of them had at least one item with score over three.The community physicians had lower factor scores in SCL-90 than Chinese norm.There was no difference between physicians with compilation and physicians without compilation.The senior community physicians had the highest scores in obsessive,depressive and paranoid factors.Conclusions： Community physicians have higher level of psychological health.Senior physicians need more help to improve their mental health.
