摘  要:简要叙述了用硅铝钡铁代替硅铝铁和硅钙( 或硅钡钙) 作转炉炼钢终脱氧剂工业性试验条件、情况的基础上,着重分析了单一使用硅铝钡铁作终脱氧剂的脱氧效果在改善钢水质量和钢材机械性能、提高经济效益、改善工人劳动条件、减轻劳动强度以及简化原材料和生产管理等方面的优越性,从而确定用硅铝钡铁作终脱氧剂的脱氧工艺。Based on the brief description on the experiment of using silica-alumina-barium iron as final deoxidizer in BOF steelmaking process in place of silica-alumina iron and silica calcium(or:silica-barium calcium),this paper puts emphasis upon analysis on the deoxidation effect of silica-alumina-barium iron used as final deoxidizer,and the advantages in improving steek quakity,mechanical properties of improving steel quality,mechnical properties of steel products,increasing economicbenefits,bettering labor conditions and reducing labor intensity as well as simlifying management on raw material and production.As a result,silica-alumina-barium iron is decided to be used as final deoxidizer in deoxidation process.
