摘  要:贺州电网带地方小水电的110 kV金牛终端变电站发生多次在进线瞬时故障时,小电源解列装置由于频率超出装置工作频率而闭锁,无法及时解列地方小水电,使线路重合不成功,造成全站失压。对事故中频率超限的原因进行了分析,指出了这主要是由地方小水电———金牛坪电站机组的固有特性造成,并对重新整定的小电源解列装置定值的适应性进行了分析。110 kV Jinniu terminal substation belongs to Hezhou power grid and has local small hydropowers.It has been suffered several instantaneous faults of feed line during which the small power source fault disconnection device is closed down because the system frequency is beyond the working frequency of the device,and the local hydropower cannot be disconnected which lead to the unsuccessful reclosing of feed line and the voltage loss of the whole substation.The reason of frequency over limit during these faults is analyzed and it is found that it is the natural characteristics of the local small hydropower-Jinniuping hydropower station that cause the frequency over limit.The adaptability of the resetted settings of the fault disconnection device is also analyzed.
