摘　　要：介绍了太钢１００ｍ２烧结机的试生产情况及对工艺参数的测定和优化。针对混合料水分波动大且料温低；燃料粒度粗；点火煤气压力低；热返矿温度低、量大且不稳定等问题，逐步采取措施进行调整，使工艺参数进一步合理化，取得了二烧在投产当年生产经济技术指标创优的好水平，加快了达产速度。This paper present the determination and optimization of sintering parameters on Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company №2 sinter plant ( 1 ×100m 2) in the first year production. Aimed at the problems in the production , such as moisture variation of sintering mix materials,low-temperature materials,larger coal particles,low-temperature hot returns,low-pressure ignition gas etc,some counter-measures had been gradually taken to optimize parameter concerned, the better technico-economical indices were got.
