摘　　要：医疗保障体系是构建"和谐社会"的主要基石,是人人不可或缺的公共产品。大学生是祖国的未来和希望,他们的健康关系到社会的发展和进步。因此,建立一个完善而切实可行的大学生医疗保障体系对和谐社会的构建至关重要。文章针对目前大学生医疗保障体系存在的缺陷,提出建立以法制为保障,"四位一体"多层次大学生医疗保障体系的基本思路。The medical service system is one of the indispensable public products and the foundground of constructing the harmony society.Improving university students＇ health contributes to the further development of China,so establishing a medical service system for university students is necessary.The article points out some problems with the established medical service system,proposing that the importantce of reestabishing a multi-level medical service for university student must not be ignored.
