论高校工会的教学职能——以大学生文化素质教育为例

摘　　要：高校是培养较高层次人才的专门机构。高校工会在加强自身建设的同时,应围绕学校中心工作,深入教学领域,积极参与教书育人,充分发挥高校工会的教学职能。本文以大学生文化素质教育为例,具体阐述了高校工会发挥教学职能的形式。Universities and colleges are institutions specialized in training higher level talents.Round the central tasks of universities and colleges,labour union there are supposed to go further deep into the realm of teaching and be actively involved in it,while reinforcing its own development.They should take full advantage of their function in teaching.Based on the practice of cultural quality education of college students,this paper illustrates in details the ways how labour union in universities and colleges apply their teaching function.
