摘　　要：铝铸锭质量对型材的挤压性能、力学性能和表面氧化着色性能起着重要影响，是生产优质型材的基础。论述了在建筑用铝合金熔铸、均匀化等过程中，除渣、除气、细化晶粒、减少偏析、消除内应力与型材表面质量的关系。指出加入细化剂和稀土元素对改善铸锭质量有重要作用。Ingot quality affectes aluminium profile properties such as extruding, mechanic and anodiaztion coloring of surface. It is a base for production of high quality aluminium profile. The relations between aluminium profile surface quality and purifying with detaching dregs and gases, refining grain, reducing partial segregation, as well as eliminating internal stress in the casting process and homogenizing annealing were discussed. The addition of refiner and RE can improve the quality of ingot.
