摘　　要：研究了铁模铸造的3A21合金带材生产工艺，讨论了消除冷轧带材因成品退火产生粗大晶粒措施的效果，确定再结晶温度。按所研究的工艺，生产出力学性能良好，深冲性良好无制耳的产品。The producing process of 3A21 alloy strip whose ingot is casted with iron pattern is studied. 3A21 alloy is melted at 730 ～770 ℃,casted at 710 ～ 720 ℃, hot rolled at 500 ～530 ℃, intermediate annealed at 530 - 550℃ in 7 h. With 50% cold work, perfect recrystallization annealing temperature is 580 ℃ in 5 h. The products that have been produced with the process are of fine grains, excellent phySical and deep-drawning properties.
