摘 要:采用金相(OM)、俄歇(AES)、扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)等技术手段对实海暴露试样进行探测分析,揭示了表面膜缺陷(如碳膜)、晶界缺陷(晶界析出物)等加速该合金腐蚀进程的试验现象和内在根据,特别指出影响该合金海水腐蚀产物膜稳定性的主要因素,分析了其中的沿晶扩散及应变诱生调幅分解与沿晶腐蚀、沿晶脆断的相互关系.A great amount of research work about seawater corrosion of CuNi alloy, including the effects of environment factors, material microstructure and surface condition on corrosion bevavior has been reviewed. The accelerated corrosion due to the depects of residual carbon film on the surface and precipitates at grain boundaries were detected and analyzed by suing OM, AES, SEM and TEM. The relationship between the stability of corrosion product film and the precipitates of new phase at grain boundaries due to spinodal decomposition as well as the mechanism of intergranular corrosion and intergranular brittle cracking of the alloy after tensile measurement are also discussed.
