摘　　要：目的:研究顺铂(DDP)对昆明小鼠体内眶内组织巨噬细胞的作用。方法:用Griess法测定昆明小鼠体内眶内组织巨噬细胞一氧化氮(NO)的生成量,测定酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性,用免疫组织化学法测定巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的表达。结果:DDP在120～180mg/ml浓度范围内可显著促进正常巨噬细胞NO的生成,在200～300mg/ml浓度范围内可抑制脂多糖(LPS)激活的巨噬细胞的NO生成。结论:DDP对昆明小鼠眶内组织巨噬细胞NO的生成具有激活和抑制双重作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of Cisplatin on the peritoneal macrophages of Kunming mice.Methods：Nitric oxide produced by Kunming mice peritoneal macrophage was detected by Griess reagent,acid phosphatase in the macrophages was detected and analyzed.The activity of lactate dehydrogenase was determined by immunohistochemical staining.Results：NO was produced when macrophages were exposed to Cisplatin ranging from 120 to 180 mg/ml.Polysaccharide of Cisplatin ranging from 200 to 300 mg/ml showed a significantly inhibitory effect on LPS-induced NO production by macrophages.Conclusion：Polysaccharide of Cisplatin has a biphasic regulatory effect on NO production by Kunming mice peritoneal macrophages.
