爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎51例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:治疗组51例采用爱若华治疗,对照组53例采用西乐葆治疗,对两组进行疗效比较观察。结果:治疗组显效率为68.62%,总有效率为90.20%;对照组显效率为35.85%,总有效率为69.81%。治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:爱若华治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较佳,且副作用较少,安全可靠。Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：51 patients in treatment group were treated with Leflunomide,53 patients in control group were treated with Celebrex,the effects of two groups were compared and observed.Results：In treatment group,the markedly effective rate was 68.62%,the total effective rate was 90.20%;in control group,the markedly effective rate was 35.85%,the total ef fective rate was 69.81%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better and less side effects,safe and reliable.
