倍他乐克片对高血压患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察倍他乐克片对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法:对60例1级、2级原发性高血压患者采用SF-36生活质量量表作为测量工具,对高血压患者进行生活质量(QOL)问卷测试评分;服用倍他乐克片(每片含酒石酸美托洛尔50mg),每次1片,每日1次或2次,24周后复查并比较治疗前、后生活质量的变化。结果:治疗前后患者的生理功能、总体健康、精神健康比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、活力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:倍他乐克片能有效降低高血压,并在一定程度上改善高血压患者的QOL。Objective：To observe the effect of Betaloc Tablets on the quality of life（QOL） of hypertensive patients.Methods：60 primary hypertensive patients,graded class 1 and 2,were treated with Betaloc Tablets,a tablet at one time（containing Metoprolol Tartrate 50 mg per tablet）,once or twice a day for 24 weeks;used the MOS 36-item short form health survey scale as a benchmark for designing the QOL test questionnaire before and after treatment.Results：It showed significant difference on the three aspects of physical functioning,general health,mental health（P〈0.05）;the other five aspects of social functioning,bodily pain,mental health,role-emotional and vitality showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The blood pressure can be significantly reduced and the quality of life of hypertensive patients can be improved with bataloc tablets.
