思美泰治疗乙型慢性肝炎高黄疸92例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过与门冬氨酸钾镁对比,观察思美泰对乙型慢性肝炎高黄疸的疗效。方法:将92例乙型慢性肝炎高黄疸患者随机分组,治疗组47例,对照组45例。在使用甘草酸二铵、还原型谷胱甘肽及促肝细胞生长素治疗基础上,治疗组加用思美泰1000mg,对照组加用门冬氨酸钾镁30ml治疗,分别溶入5%葡萄糖250ml中静滴,每日1次,疗程4周。结果:治疗组对乙型慢性肝炎高黄疸的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:思美泰治疗乙型慢性肝炎高黄疸疗效较好。Objective：To learn the curative effect of Transmetil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with high-jaundice by contrast with potassium-magnesium aspartate.Methods：92 cases of chronic hepatitis B with high-jaundice were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases were involved in treatment group,45 cases were involved in control group.On the basis of the treatment with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate,Reduced Glutathion and PHGF,the treatment group added Transmetil 1 000 mg and the control group added Potassium-magnesium 30 ml.The medicine of two groups were integrat ed into 5% GS 250 ml using sessile drop method,once a day,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Results：For chronic hepatitis B with high-jaundice,the treatment effect of treatment group were better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Transmetil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with high-jaundice has better effect.
