摘　　要：目的:探讨产科母婴同室的安全隐患与防范对策。方法:通过总结本院创建爱婴医院时实行的母婴同室管理经验,现就可能存在的安全隐患及相关对策进行分析。结果:通过加强母婴同室病房管理,控制院感与健康教育相结合的方式,于此同时加强了母婴同室病房基础设施的建设,减少产科病房安全事故发生,有效提高了住院患者的母乳喂养率,减少了并发症的发生。结论:母婴同室病房安全管理是产科病房护士长的一项重要任务,如何提高母婴同室病房安全,亦是产科护士的一项重要任务。Objective：To investigate obstetric rooming-in security risks and countermeasures.Methods：Create babyfriendly hospital by summing up the implementation of the rooming-time management experience,analysis the possible se curity risks and related countermeasures.Results：By strengthening the management of rooming-in ward,controlling the hospital health education combined with a sense of the way,this also strengthened the rooming-in ward infrastructure,re duce the maternity ward security incidents,improve the inpatient breast-feeding,reduce the occurrence rate of complica tions;Conclusion：Rooming in of maternity ward is an important task of head nurse,how to improve the safety of roomingin ward is an important task of obstetric nurses.
