摘　　要：目的:探讨中医医院中药库存的科学管理,保证合理用药。方法:统计、分析我院2005～2009年中药饮片和中药颗粒剂的销售和库存数据,以库存周转率为指标衡量库存管理效率。结果:2005～2009年我院中药饮片和中药颗粒周转率分别提高了55.56%和37.50%。结论:中医医院应结合现代物流管理方法,建立合理库存量,提高库存周转率。Objective：To discuss scientific management of medicine stock in Chinese traditional medicine hospital.To ensure rational use of drugs.Methods：Statistical analysis the Chinese herbal pieces and granules sales and deposit data during 2005-2009.Results：During 2005-2009,the Chinese herbal pieces and granules inventory turned over in our hospital respectively 55.56% and 37.50%.Conclusion：Chinese traditional medicine hospital should combine with modern logistics management,improve inventory turnover.
