2007～2009年我院中成药用药现状分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对我院中成药用药分析,为临床合理用药和药剂科工作提供参考。方法:对我院中成药的用药品种、金额、数量、用药频度等,采用列表分析的方法,找出中成药用药规律及存在问题。结果:我院中成药用药以清热药、外科用药、扶正药为前3位。结论:我院中成药用药基本合理,部分处方存在重复用药、疗程偏长、费用较高,疾病诊断有西医化倾向,缺乏中医特点,有待规范。Objective：To analyze the rationality of the clinical dosage of drugs and the performance of department of pharmacy by examining the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital.Methods：Analyzed the lists of the categories,the amounts,the dosages,the DDDs,the average daily cost,annual consumption,and total consumption of Chinese patent medicines in the hospital from 2007 to 2009,and studied the principles about the utilization of Chinese patent medicines and figured out the problems existing in this field.Results：Heat-cleaning drugs,surgery drugs,and fuzheng drugs were the three most frequently used categories of Chinese patent medicines in the hospital.Conclusion：The usage of Chinese patent medicines in the hospital is rational as a whole.However,regulations are needed to deal with some issues related to part of the prescriptions,including unnecessary-repeated usages of drugs,extraordinary-long healing period,abnormally-expensive medical costs,and diagnosis with tendency to western medicine rather than traditional Chinese medicine.
