锁骨骨折中游离骨折块固定的必要性

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁骨骨折中游离骨折块固定的必要性及锁骨骨折的手术治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2009年2月我院采用先行游离骨块解剖复位钢板螺钉复合应用钢丝捆扎固定的方法治疗粉碎性锁骨骨折42例,并对其进行疗效评估。结果:42例患者中全部获得随访,所有切口Ⅰ期愈合,无感染发生,术后拍片复查均达到解剖复位。术后骨折全部愈合,优良率达到95.2%。结论:粉碎性锁骨骨折中骨块的固定是骨折解剖复位的基础,是骨折解剖形态愈合的前提条件。Objective：To discuss the fixation necessity of dissociated bone flap and the operative treatment method in the clavicular fracture.Methods：42 cases of patients with comminuted clavicular fracture were retrospectively analyzed from January 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital,during the operation we firstly made the dissociated bone flap reduction aiming at anatomical reduction of the fracture,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results：42 patients were followed up,all wounds healing Ⅰstage,no infection happened,and after the operation,the film was shown that the bone fracture achieved the dissection replacement.All fractures were healed after the operation,the excellent rate was 95.2%.Conclusion：The fixation of the dissociated bone flap is the basis of anatomical reduction among the comminuted clavicular fractures.It is al so the precondition of the anatomical healing of the bone fractures.
