摘　　要：为硅化铀板形核燃料元件生产建立了一套无损检测技术,即软γ射线图象显示、α计数法测表面污染、宽频超声检测结合质量、相敏涡流测厚、智能水隙检测和组件外形尺寸形状位置公差等.介绍了这些无损检测技术的原理和技术性能指标,以及无损检测在质量保证体系中的作用与控制.A series of nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques and equipment for plate-type uranium silicide fuel elements have been developed, such as 170Tm soft γ radioscopy, uranium surface contamination measurement. broad-band ultrasonic bonding quality examination. phase sensitive eddy current cladding measurement, water-gap autoscanning measurement and external comprehensive dimension examination system. The principles and performances of the techniques and equipment as well as the function of NDT in quality assurance are briefly described.
