摘 要:对分布式电源进行合理的选址和定容对于配电网规划非常重要。考虑了经济性和安全性2个方面的问题,建立了以分布式电源投资成本最小、系统网损最小和静态电压稳定裕度最大为优化子目标的多目标规划模型。用模糊理论制定了总体满意度,将上述3个优化子目标转化为单一目标函数,应用改进自适应遗传算法,对IEEE33节点配电测试系统进行仿真计算,并将仿真结果与遗传算法进行比较,验证了改进的算法具有一定的收敛性和适应性。Reasonable location and optimal sizing are crucially important to the planning of distribution system.A multi-objective optimal scheme based on considering economy and security is proposed in this paper,which including the minimum investment cost of distributed generation,minimum power loss of distribution network and the maximum static voltage stability margin.The paper introduces total satisfied degree by employing the fuzzy theory,which makes a good way to transform multi-objective into single objective function.A new improved self-adaptive genetic algorithm is employed to solve the planning model.The case studies have been carried out on IEEE-33 bus distribution test system,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has more convergence speed and favorable self-adaptive characteristics than genetic algorithm.
