电力用油酸值检测方法的探讨

摘　　要：由于受氧、水分、铜、铁、热等因素的影响,电力用油会逐渐老化,油中的酸性物质会增加。分析了酸性物质的危害,介绍了GB/T264—1983石油产品酸值测定法和GB/T7599—1987 BTB法2种不同的检测酸值的方法,并比较了对不同状态油品的反应灵敏度和适用范围,建议在检测运行油品酸值时恢复GB/T7599—1987 BTB法。The electric oil shall be aged and acidic material shall increase for the effect of oxygen,water,copper,iron and heat.The two detection methods,GB/T 264-1983 Petroleum Product Acid Value Test Method GB/T 7599-1987 BTB method are introduced. The reaction sensitivity suitable scope of different oil product are compared.It is suggested to restore GB/T 7599-1987 BTB method when testing operation oil acid value.
