摘  要:干阳极糊上插自焙槽阳极炭渣浮选回收实践,把多年废弃的阳极炭渣变废为宝,炭渣浮选底流产品电介质品位达到87.2%,回收率达到84.83%,极大地降低了电解氟化盐消耗,取得十分显著的经济效益。浮选系统采用全流程闭路循环生产方式。This practice is to charge waste material into things of value and to turn bane into boon. The top-inserted anode carbon slime from a delf-roasting cell was discarded as waste in the past. Our closed folfation circuit can overcome the above-mentioned problem and obtain remarkable results in production,economy, and environmental protection.87.2% electrolyte grade and 84.83% recovery of the flotor underflow product and greatly-decreased F consumption are given.
