汶川抗震救灾官兵情景特质的应对方式

摘　　要：目的探讨汶川一线抗震救灾官兵情景特质应对方式的特点,为制定我军官兵在灾难性事件中心理干预方案提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群取样法,使用军人情景特质应对方式量表(MPSTCSS)对206名一线救援官兵(救援组)和未参加抗震救灾的518名官兵(对照组)进行测试。结果救援组各积极应对因子分,以及情感消极应对、健康与经济消极应对因子得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);救援组中年龄≥21岁者、军龄≥3年者及军官在军事任务、军旅特殊生活、个人发展等积极应对因子分明显高于年龄<21岁者、军龄<3年者及战士(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论影响救援官兵应对方式的主要因素包括年龄、军龄和职别。参加一线救援官兵多采取积极应对方式,且年龄≥21岁者、军龄≥3年者及军官更易采取积极应对方式。Objective To explore the characteristics of the scene-trait coping style of the military rescuers in Wenchuan earthquake,thus to provide the scientific basis for mental intervention program of military personnel in a disaster.Methods By cluster random sampling,206 military rescuers and 518 armymen not taken part in the rescue（as control） were tested by Military Personnel Scene-Trait Coping Style Scale（MPSTCSS）.Results All active coping factor scores,and passive coping factor scores of affection,and health economy in rescuer group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Rescuers with the age of ≥21,service time≥3 years,and the rank of officers had higher active coping factor scores on military affairs,military circumstance,and personal development than those21 years of age,service time〈3 years,and the rank of soldiers（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Age,service time and rank were the main factors affecting the coping style of military rescuers.The military rescuers in Wenchuan earthquake,especially with the age of ≥21,service time≥3 years,and the rank of officer took active coping style.
