摘　　要：前不久,从江苏省泰州市房管局传出消息,该市在经济适用住房上采取的"共有产权、租售并举"模式正式在全国范围内推广。2010年5月11日,记者赶赴泰州市,就此进行了专题采访。The 'Taizhou-model' is a public-private integrated housing relocation mode, which is targeted at difficult families of large population and small housing size that occur during old city rebuilding and house removal. The government is to rent the excess area to such families at affordable prices on the basis of demolition and resettlement of the same area, serving as a combination of economically affordable housing and low-rent housing. This policy shows remarkable innovativeness and applicability, with more realistic and humane housing solution mode.
