摘  要:化工动力多联产系统是通过系统集成把化工生产过程和热力循环有机地整合在一起,在完成发电等热工功能的同时,生产化工产品,从而同时实现多领域功能与性能目标。文章从多能源互补与多种产品联产系统的本质特征和能的综合梯级利用思路出发,研究双气头互补的多联产系统集成机理与方法,关注焦炉煤气富氢和气化煤气富炭的特点,借助双气头混合互补手段优化C/H比组分的调整,实现低能耗共制合成气。在系统集成机理研究基础上进行两类(双气头重整和无重整)典型联产系统概念性设计,通过模拟分析揭示了双气头互补的联产系统特性规律,还借助于平衡分析和EUD方法揭示了联产系统节能本质和关键因素。Polygeneration systems produce chemicals and generate power & heat, by integrating chemical process and power generation system. It can realize multifunction of high efficiency, multi-products, and low environment impact. This paper researches the integration principle and characters of polygeneration system, based on cascade utilization of energy and complementary use of multi kinds of energy. Since coke oven gas rich in hydrogen and coal gas rich in carbon monoxide, the syngas can be obtained by mixing two kinds of gas. This kind of polygeneration systems can be divided into the system with reforming and the system without reforming. This paper disclosed the character of polygeneration system, and revealed reason and key factors for energy saving of polygeneration system by exergy analyses and energy utilization diagram method.
