摘  要:本文从电磁场理论和脉动耗散理论出发,运用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法,计算了Cu材料的两个粗糙面间的近场辐射换热,研究了粗糙面间距和粗糙度对辐射换热的影响。计算结果表明,辐射强度随间距的增大而减小,表面的粗糙度、介质的介电常数也是影响近场辐射强度的重要因素。Based on electromagnetic field theory and the fluctuation dissipation theory, near-field radiative heat transfer between two rough surfaces of Cu were numerically analyzed, by means of finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The effects of the spacing between two rough surfaces and roughness were discussed. The results show that radiation intensity increases with the spacing decrease. Roughness and dielectric constant of the medium are also the important factors, which affect the near-field radiation intensity.
