摘　　要：本文概述了经济合作与发展组织及其数据互认计划,介绍了非成员国加入数据互认计划的步骤和现状,重点阐述了我国"良好实验室规范"体系的建立和加入数据互认计划的工作进展情况,以期有利于进一步推动我国"良好实验室规范"符合性监督计划的实施和发展,为我国最终加入数据互认体系提供帮助。Information of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development （OECD） and MAD （Mutual Acceptance of Safety Data） has been introduced and the procedures and current situation of non-member countries adhere the OECD council acts related to the mutual acceptance of data in the assessment of chemicals have been summarized in this paper. The establishment and progress of entering MAD of China have been emphasized to promote the implementation and development of compliance monitoring procedures for Good Laboratory Practice in China.
