摘　　要：对湿邪所致特殊病证及其病机进行了探讨,认为湿邪阻滞、升降失常,可致便秘;津液失布,可致燥证;清阳失宣,可致瘛纵;阴阳格拒,可致假热。并提出湿邪所致特殊病证辨证的主要依据。To discuss special diseases due to damp pathogen and their pathogenesis. The author thinks that damp pathogen blocking and abnormal movements can cause constipation;body fluid lossing spread can cause dryness syndrome;clear Yang failing to distribute can lead to clonic convulsion;Yin and Yang grid to resist can lead to false heat. And propose main basis for differentiation of syndrome of special diseases due to damp pathogen.
