摘 要:对上海滨江森林公园的杜鹃花栽培类型毛鹃的根系内生真菌进行了分离培养,利用真菌形态分类法和ITS-RFLP分子标记对分离菌株进行了多样性分析.共分离出121个菌株,分为27个形态类型;ITS-RFLP分子标记在80%的相似性水平上聚为7类,其中Ⅰ为最大类群,包含18个形态类型,Ⅱ类群包含了4个形态类群.Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ类群各包括1个形态类群.结果表明,菌株形态类型较多,但同一形态类型的菌株在分子聚类结果也聚为一类,形态与分子标记分类结果基本一致.The root endophyte fungi of Rhododendron from Shanghai Binjiang Forest Park were isolated.A preliminary analysis was made on the diversity of the fungal strains by morphological characteristics and ITS-RFLP molecular markers,and the analytical comparison was also made between the morphological and molecular classification methods.All the 121 isolated fungal strains were divided into 27 types according to their morphological characteristics,and they were clustered into 7 molecular groups based on ITS-RFLP markers at the 80% similarity level.Of the clustering results group I is the largest one,which contains 18 morphological types.Group II contains 4 morphological types.Cluster Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ contains 1 morphological types respectively.The results show that there are much more morphological fungal types than molecular types.However the same morphological type was clustered together in the same molecular group,morphological characteristics was basically consistent with the results of molecular marker classification.
