摘  要:轻型木桁架常常使用进口齿板连接件,国内企业在工程实践基础上自主生产了国内产品。为确定此种自主生产的金属齿板连接节点的承载力性能,根据现行《木结构设计规范》附录M中齿板试验的操作方法,分别对该齿板的板齿极限承载力、齿抗滑移承载力、齿板受拉极限承载力及齿板受剪承载力进行了测试。在试验的基础上,对数据进行了统计分析,并将此类正交主轴齿板与进口的MITEK M-20齿板的各项承载力试验结果进行了比较。根据木结构设计规范中规定的方法,进一步计算得到了自主生产的正交主轴齿板的各项承载力设计值。分析结果表明该自主生产齿板连接节点具有良好延性和抗震性能。Imported metal plates are widely used in light wood truss.Based on the practices,some domestic enterprise produced a new type metal plate independently.An experimental study on mechanical properties of a new type metal plate was presented,in which its teeth are orthogonal oriented.The experiment was designed to investigate the lateral resistance of teeth,lateral slip resistance of teeth,tensile strength of plate and shear strength of plate for this type metal plate connected joints,according to the testing method on load bearing capacity of metal plate in Appendix M of Code for design of timber structures.The probability statistics method was used to analyze the test data,and the result was compared with the load bearing capacity of imported MITEK M-20 metal plate.The design values of bearing capacity for this type metal plate were obtained on the method of existing design code.The analytical results indicate that this kind of joints exhibit high ductility and good seismic performance.
