摘　　要：目的建立新疆地区卫生学、流行病学综合信息系统,为卫生决策与卫生防病提供基础信息与参考依据。方法按照卫生学、流行病学分类指标,系统、连续、完整收集新疆各县市卫生学、流行病学资料,建立基于MAPINFO平台的信息查询与检索系统。结果完成了新疆地区卫生学、流行病学信息系统,综合信息数据库包括基础信息数据、综合评估、专家咨询3个功能模块,涵盖了地理环境、水文气象、水源水质、传染病、医学动物昆虫和医疗卫生资源的相关信息。结论本系统提供的卫生学、流行病学信息全面、完整、系统和连续,操作使用简单快捷,为卫生防病提供了信息支持与决策参考。Objective To establish an information system of hygiene and epidemiology in Xinjiang,and to provide a professional technical support and a decision-making assistance tool for epidemic prevention personnel.Methods After completely collecting the data of hygiene and epidemiology in Xinjiang,the information query and search system based on MAPINFO platform were established.Results The synthesis database contained basic database,database of synthesis evaluation and database of consultation.The basic database,which contained almost all the information on hygiene and epidemiology,included geographical environment,hydrometeor,water source and quality,infectious disease,medical animal and insects,and medical health resources.Conclusions The system of hygiene and epidemiology in Xinjiang,with the merits of highly efficient and easy to operate,can supply the information for daily anti-epidemic work and decision-making.
