摘  要:目的:观察女贞子多糖对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用四氯化碳造肝损伤小鼠模型,各试药组小鼠分别ig50,100,200mg·kg^-1·d^-1女贞子多糖,连续13d,观察女贞子多糖对肝损伤模型小鼠血清生化指标的影响及肝组织病理变化的影响。结果:肝损伤模型小鼠分别ig50-200mg·kg^-1·d^-1女贞子多糖,能不同程度对抗血清GPT、COT、γ-GT、AP升高及肝脏指数升高;病理切片显示能不同程度改善肝组织病理变化。结论:女贞子多糖对化学性肝损伤有显著防护作用。OBJecTIVE To study the protective effect of polysaccharide fructus ligustri luciti (PFLL) on liver of mice damaged by CCl4. METHODS To study th effect of PFLL on biochemical criterion to serum and effect on pathologic change to liver tissues of model mice damaged by CCl4. In various groups, the model mice caused by CC14 were administered by gavage 50,100, 200 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 of PFLL for 13 day. RESULTS It was resisted in different degree the ascent of glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase ( GOT), γ-glutamyhransferase (γ-GT), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and the ascent of liver index in mice with liver damaged-liver after giving with 50,100,200 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 of PFLL. The pathologic section showed that pathologic changes of liver tissues were improved in different degree in model mice with liver damaged-liver after administration of PFLL. CONCLUSION PFLL possesses notable protective effect on liver damaged by chemical agent CCl4.
