摘　　要：用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了无钴ＴｉＣＮ颗粒复合材料的系列组织。指出了组织中正常相与异常相的显微特征及反映的性能差异，探讨了引起组织变化的原因。The structure change of TiCN particle composite material has been studied using optical and scanning electron microscopy. Microstructure characteristic and property difference of normal and abnormal phases are pointed out and the cause of structure change is also discussed in this paper.
