摘  要:穿堤闸、站工程建设基本都安排在汛后开工,具有工期紧、工序复杂、冬季雨季施工等特点。此类工程总价不高,重要性极大,如何对工程进度、质量进行有效控制,确保汛前按期按质完工,对堤坝防洪安全至关重要。以国家一级堤防淮北大堤架河站涵重建工程为例,该工程在开工晚、风险大、复杂困难状态下,采取一系列科学合理的控制措施,工程按期验收投入运用。Cross-dike sluice and station construction is basically arranged after flooding periods, with tight schedule, complicated processes, construction in winter rainy season and so on. These projects are very important with low cost. How to control the progress and quality effectively for ensuring their completion before next flood season is essential for the flood control of dike and dam. It gives an example of culvert project re-construction in Jiahe station of Huaibei embankment, which is at first national level. This project adopts a series of scientific and reasonable control measures with the difficult of late starting, large risk, and complex condition. After checked, this project is acceptance into use on time.
