摘　　要：山西省闻喜县土石坝工程兴建于20世纪50～70年代,经过40余年的运行,水库数量锐减过半,现存水库带病运行,已成防洪的心腹之患。从洪水漫顶、坝体质量、地震和管理不当四个方面介绍了导致土石坝溃坝的原因,并详细说明针对不同原因应采取的除险加固措施。The earth-rock dam project in Wenxi County is founded from 1950s to 1970s. After 40 years＇ operation, the number of reservoirs decreased by almost 50%, and the existing reservoirs were sick to operate, which has been a threat for flooding control. It introduces the earth-rock dam failure reasons from flood overtopping, dam quality, earthquakes, and mismanagement. It also details the reinforcement measures for different reasons.
