摘　　要：武钢2号高炉在炉墙结厚情况下实现了安全、顺利、快速停炉,其主要经验有:合理调整炉况,控制炉顶打水,控制风量、风压,避免煤气爆炸和结厚物崩落;用煤气成分变化判断料面高度,简化停炉工艺;不集中加净焦,缩短停炉时间;根据炉底、炉缸侵蚀状况准确定位残铁口,放净残铁。The reline blow-out of No. 2 BF with wall accretion at Wuhan I & S Group Co. was carried out speedily and successfully in May, 1997.The main measures are as follows :adjusting BF condition reasonably, controlling top water spraying, blast volume and blast pressure; determining stockline according to the change of top gas composition; not charging net coke; positioning residual iron taphole according to the erosion condition of bottom and hearth.
