摘  要:马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司于1997年采用转炉增碳法连铸生产45钢高线。冶炼工艺采用深吹加炉后增碳法,通过炉内操作制度的优化和炉后脱氧制度的改变及合理的工艺参数控制,生产了满足连铸要求的钢水,最终产品成分均匀、通条性能稳定。本文就生产和试验数据,探讨了该工艺冶炼部分的工艺控制参数。The experimental investigation and commercial production of the 45 steel wire rod used for highspeed rolling by recarburizing after tapping in the ladle and CC have been proceeded since 1997 The key parameters of steelmaking and casting processes are investigated The molten steel meeting the requirement for CC is made by deep blowing in the converter with downstream recarburization and deoxidation in the ladle The finished product has features of homogeneous composition,good mechanical behavior and homogeneous all coil properties Based on the experimental and operational result,the optimal technological parameters are discussed
