摘  要:定义角部尖化系数以定量描述无孔型轧制轧件角部尖化程度,通过实验分别研究了无孔型轧制时轧件角部尖化的影响因素及其变化规律。结果表明,无孔型轧制时轧件的角部将不可避免地趋于尖化,尖化程度与压下率及轧前轧件高宽比等因素有关;轧制方式对轧件角部尖化程度有影响,采用矩—矩轧制方式可避免轧件角部过于尖化。The sharp corner coefficient is defined to quantity the degree of sharpened corner of grooveless rolled stock The deformation of sharpened corner of grooveless rolled stock and its influential factors are studied It is found that the stock corners tend to sharp unavoidably in grooveless rolling The degree of sharpened corner has relations with draft ratio and the ratio of height to width of pre rolled stock It is beneficial to alleviate corners to sharpen extremely that adopting the rectangle/rectangle sequence in grooveless rolling
