摘 要:为能更好地了解着色期光合产物的分配规律,提高晚红葡萄果实品质和产量,以露地栽培的2年生晚红葡萄为试材,采用田间饲喂14C的方法,饲喂果枝上不同节位的叶片以及环割处理,对果枝上各节位叶片光合产物14C输出分配进行了研究。研究表明,叶片的相对位置影响同化产物向果实的运输和分配,果穗同侧叶片是果实着色期主要源叶,而异侧叶片尤其是果穗上部的叶片光合产物39%以上分配到所在枝条以下的枝蔓上,且分配率与器官的重量有关。环割处理后,消除叶片相对位置对果实及其他器官光合产物分配的影响。提高果实品质和产量可以通过增加果枝上叶片数量和环割处理实现。The distribution of photosynthetic products of 14 C with the 2-year-old red globe grape under open field cultivation was studied by feeding on the fruiting branches in different sections of bits of leaves and girdling treatment.The results showed that the relative position of leaf effected the transportation and distribution of assimilates to the fruits.The ipsilateral ear leaves were the main distribution center of assimilate at veraison,while more than 39% photosynthetic products from the opposite side especially the upper ear leaves allocated to dendrite below and the distribution rate was related to organ weight.Girdling treatment eliminated the effects made by the relative position of leaves on the distribution of photosynthetic products to fruit and other organs.The fruit quality and yield could be improved by increasing the leaves of fruiting branches and girdling treatment.
