摘 要:油田供配电系统矿、队分级计量管理,在保证"零投入"的前提下,针对错综复杂的供电网络,以"庞大系统区块化、交叉供电简单化、特殊问题具体化、计量采取组合化"为思路,在厂、矿这一层次,将庞大的供电网络,利用"划分、劈分、再组合"方法,喇嘛甸油田实现了四个采油矿及试验大队的电力分矿计量。在矿、队这一层次,实施"两分一控"节电管理法,将电力消耗指标分解到小队、班组进行节奖超罚,充分调动了全体员工参与节能降耗工作的积极性。Aiming at the complex supply network, oilfield power distribution and supply system of classified metering management in oil mine and production team is based on the" huge system is divided into blocks, simplifies the cross-power, special issue is reifier, metering is taking combination "for the idea, in ensuring " zero investment" in the premise.
