摘 要:对洋麻硫酸盐浆的PFI打浆性能进行研究,探讨纸浆的打浆度及纤维形态的变化规律,并对不同打浆度的纸浆进行强度指标及光学性能的检测。结果表明,洋麻硫酸盐浆易打浆,打浆能耗较低,在打浆转数为2 000r时即达到42°SR,纤维的二重重均长度和宽度随着打浆度的升高,先增加然后回落;纤维粗度也是先增大后减小,细小纤维含量逐渐增加,纤维的弯曲指数和扭结指数先降低后升高。对成纸强度指标的测试发现,随着打浆度的提高,耐破指数和裂断长逐渐提高,而撕裂指数逐渐降低,在打浆度为42°SR时,强度指标良好,撕裂指数18.66mN·m^2·g^(-1),耐破指数4.72kPa·m^2·g^(-1),裂断长7.38km。成纸的白度和不透明度随着打浆度的提高而有所降低。The beaing performance (different number of PFI beating revolution) of Hibiscus cannabines KP pulp on the resulting paper sheets was studied, with a view to identifying the optimum operation conditions. The beating degree and fiber analysis were studied, as well as the physical and optical properties. The results show that the pulp is easier for beating, it will lower the beating energy consuming. The pulp can get 42°SR when PFI revolution is 2 000. The fiber analysis shows that: the length and width and coarse get increased at first, and then go down. The fines content went up all the time, and Curl index and Kink index dropped at first and then get raised with the beating degree increased. What's more, the physical properties show that the burst index and break length gets improved while the tear index gets reduced. We can obtain paper with tear index 18.66mN·m2·g^-1, burst index 4.72 kPa-m2-g-1 and break length 7.38km at the beating degree is 42°SR. The brightness and opacity get lower with the beating degree increased.
