摘  要:精馏是石油化学工业的高能耗操作单元,本文从充分利用精馏过程的热能,提高精馏系统的热力学效率,以及减少精馏过程对能量的需要等几个方面论述了精馏过程的节能措施,对各个类型的主要节能方法、优缺点和适用范围进行了综述,并介绍了我国精馏过程的节能现状与趋势。Distillation is an important operating unit in petrochemical industry, which has highly energy consumption, the paper focuses on the distillation process from the viewpoint of energy saving, and introduced several energy- saving measures, such as taking full advantage of the thermal in the distillation process, improving the thermodynamic efficiency of distillation systems, and reducing the energy needs of distillation process. The main energy- saving methods, advantages, disadvantages and applications of each energy-saving measures are reviewed, and described our distillation status and trends.
