摘 要:目的:用反相高效液相色谱法测定吴茱萸及其炮制品中绿原酸的含量,探讨不同炮制方法对于吴茱萸中绿原酸含量的影响。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液等度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1):检测波长:327 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:吴茱萸不同炮制品绿原酸的含量较吴茱萸生品均有不同程度的降低。结论:浸泡制炮制方法比浸润制炮制方法对于绿原酸含量的降低作用更大。Objective: To explore the different processing methods on the content changes of ehlorogenic acid in Evodia and pro- cessed products by RP-HPLC. Method: Dimonsil C18column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate water solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 ml·min 1. The detection wavelength was at 327 μm and the column temperature was 25 ℃ Result: The contents of chlorogenic acid in Evodia and processed products was different, which in the processed products were lower than Evodia. Conclusion: The contents of chlorogenie acid with immersion system is lower than infiltration system.
