摘　　要：分析了报务系统数据库记录备份与分发的需要,设计了报务系统数据分发功能模块,介绍了系统总体架构,提出了将数据库中的报务数据转换成适合在网络上传输的XML文件的设计,利用TCP/IP协议和套接字建立了基于客户端/服务器架构的网络通信模块,实现了数据分发的功能,重点分析了基于XML的数据处理过程和实现数据分发的网络通信架构。实验结果表明,该模块可以方便将报务数据在数据库表与XML文件相互转换。The requirement for data backup and distribution of common telegraph system is analyzed,and the data distribution module of transformed the telegraph system is designed.The framework of the module is introduced,a design to transform database stored tele-graph data into XML file is brought forward,a client/server based network communication module with TCP/IP protocol and windows socket is set up,the data distribution function is realized.XML based data processing and network communication system is particularly analyzed.The function of this module indicates it is very convenient to realize the mutual transforming between data sheet and XML file.
