摘　　要：为了降低汽车设计领域新产品研发成本,开发了以双离合变速器结构知识管理为主体的知识库系统。深入研究了系统的技术方案和知识库结构框架,并在国外成功的双离合变速器样机Benchmarking工作的基础上,形成了一个具有对成功机型知识数据的采集、分类、分析、录入、检索、推理功能的双离合变速器知识库系统,数据库功能与部分计算模型、设计程序及知识规则推理共建了知识库系统。通过实例实现对各种成功机型设计知识资源的合理利用,表明了其可行性和高效性。To develop the field of automobile design and reduce costs for the development of new products,knowledge base system with the dual clutch transmission structure of knowledge management is developed.Depth study of the technical program and knowledge based structure,and on the basis of ongoing success of foreign dual clutch transmission benchmarking prototype,a successful model of knowledge data collection,classification,analysis,entry and the search function of the dual clutch transmission knowledge base system is formed;database functions and part of the calculation model,the design process and knowledge inference rules form the knowledge base system.And the implementation of the case study is designed for a variety of successful models of the rational use of knowledge re-sources,validate the effectiveness and available of it.
