军队医院适应国家医改应处理的关系

摘　　要：国家新一轮医改的目标是搭建起公立医院的公益性质,政府主导的多元卫生投入机制,建立国家基本药物制度,覆盖全民的医疗保障体系的主体框架。本文结合军队医疗机构的任务特点,对军队医疗机构在医改新政实施中,要处理的五个方面的关系进行论述。The 〈regarding on deepening reform of the medical and health advice（the draft）〉 had built up the main frameworks of the health reform as public nature of the public hospitals,health and government-led multi-investment mechanism,the establishment of a national system of essential drugs,universal coverage of medical security system.In this article,five relationships need to be dealt with were discussed for the military medical institutions to adapt to the national health reform.
