摘　　要：本文针对当前我国应对重大灾害医学救援要求快速决策、迅速应对重大现实问题,借鉴卫勤力量模块化基本原理与方法 ,对卫勤力量抽组进行了界定与机理研究;并通过我国历次救灾卫勤力量抽组的回顾分析,确立了卫勤力量抽组原则、抽组形态,建立了卫勤力量抽组复杂决策系统框架和决策问题矩阵;为完善卫勤力量理论体系,提高卫勤力量的使用效率有指导意义。Using the theory and methods of modularization,the author made definition and mechanism study on health strength grouping.With a retrospective study on health strength grouping in several disasters,the principles and forms were put forward of health strength grouping,and those were established that the systematic framework and decision problems matrix of health strength grouping.The study would be a good perfection for the theoretical system of health strength,and have great significances for improving the using efficiency of health strength.
