摘　　要：为了促进医院科研工作发展,医院实施了院级重点学科建设项目,通过重点学科的引领作用,医院科研工作取得了全面发展。介绍了医院的院级重点学科建设体系和两个建设周期以来,医院在科研项目、科研成果、学术论文和研究生教育等方面取得的显著成效,并对下一周期建设提出建议。To promote basic and clinical researches in hospital,has started a key subjects development program.This article made an detailed introduction of this program and its effects in clinical researches,research achievements,articles and the training on medical masters and doctors in the hospital since the second period.Some advice also has be proposed.
