摘　　要：目的研究某医院按新大纲训练中的问题与对策。资料与方法对全院在位的现役军人进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果某医院按新大纲施训中存在的主要问题是临床一线的人力编排紧张,训练计划的组织实施困难,训练积极性的调动不足,训练内容的针对性不强和训练场地与硬件条件欠缺。结论必须通过深入思想工作、科学制定计划、突出训练重点和采用先进方法等手段逐步提升平时服务、急时应急的常态化保障水平,切实增强医院遂行各项军事任务的综合保障能力。Objective To find the problems and countermeasures of medical training according to the new military outline.Data and method Carry on questionnaire investigation and statistic analysis on all soldiers on active service in hospital.Results The main problems of medical training according to the new military outline were the lack of human resource,positive,aiming and training ground.Conclusions It must be improved of education,planning,points of training,and scientific methods to promote comprehensive military service ability of hospital gradually.
