电子废弃物拆解人群血清胆碱脂酶水平的分析

摘  要:[目的]调查电子废弃物拆解场地人群血清胆碱脂酶(serum cholinesterase,CHE)等水平,分析相关影响因素。[方法]对浙江省台州某电子废弃物集中处理历史较长的村庄进行卫生学调查,选择335名拆解地区暴露人群,包括职业暴露人群(286名)与非职业暴露人群(49名)进行了血样采集并测定了血清胆碱脂酶等多项指标,与正常对照区的99名人群相比较。[结果]电子废弃物拆解场地的职业拆解人群的CHE水平(9359.07±1738.03)明显高于暴露区的非职业暴露者(8677.39±1785.89)与正常对照区人群(8812.66±2078.11)的水平,与正常对照区人群相比,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);非职业暴露人群与正常对照区人群相比,没有统计学意义;血清其他指标分析结果显示,职业暴露人群血清钾,钠值均比正常对照区人群低,差异并具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);血糖与CHE呈现正相关(t=3.836,P=0.000),血清钾含量与CHE呈现正相关(t=3.231,P=0.001)。[结论]电子废弃物拆解对职业暴露者影响较明显,职业拆解者血清CHE水平增高明显。[Objective] To study the electronic waste(e-waste) dismantling to serum cholinesterase(CHE) and related influencing factors.[Methods] We investigated the processing of e-waste recycling villages with a long-history e-waste dismantling in Taizhou,and 335 people in exposure area were surveyed,including occupational exposure group(286) and non-occupational exposure group(49).We compared the changes of serum CHE level and related index with 99 health people.[Results] the level of CHE in those occupational exposure(9 359.07 ± 1 738.03) was significantly higher than that of control group(8 812.66 ± 2 078.11)(P﹤0.05).However,the level of serum K and Na in occupational exposure group showed sigificantly lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05).There was not significant difference between the non-occupational expo-sure group and controls.By linear regression analysis,we found a positive relation between GLU and CHE(t = 3.836,P = 0.000),also a positive relation was found between serum CHE and K(t = 3.231,P = 0.001).[Conclusion] Occupational exposure group has been affected by e-waste dismantling,and the level of CHE increased in the exposure group.
